Merry Christmas!

Hi everyone, did you have a good Christmas?  I sure did.  We had lots and lots of snow, so much we weren't able to go ANYWHERE!  So, what do you do when life gives you lemons?  You make lemon chiffon cake, as the old saying goes.  Anyhoo, here I am playing outside with my Daddy. Never mind the date on the photo--we actually did have snow on the 24th and I actually did play outside with Daddy.  Stupid camera.

After playing outside I was treated to a delicious mug of tepid chocolate with whipped cream.  Yum  yum.  Then I was bribed into eating my dinner so we could open PRESENTS!  But first, I was told I needed to sit still and say 'cheese'.  I am really, really good at saying cheese. Notice, I appear to be the only one saying cheese in the above photo.  It's tough working with amateurs.

I went a little overboard with the 'cheese' thing.  Here I am attacking Mommy and the camera for their inept 'cheese' recitation.  That'll learn 'em.

On Christmas day I opened presents from the big man himself, Santa.  Who knew he could get into our house--all our fireplaces are closed up.  Mommy says he's magical.  I still wonder if I can trust this strange man that hurls himself down chimneys in the middle of the night.  Does he have a death wish?  Why didn't Cashy bark at him or bite him in the tush?  Why didn't Miss Kitty...um...stare at him while sleeping?  One will never know.  All I know is I got some cool loot from Santa.  I hope he comes back again next year.

After presents we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of train pancakes with bacon.  I love train pancakes.  They taste so much better than airplane pancakes.  Must be 'cause they're made from steam and not jet fuel.  I am so logical it hurts sometimes.
