Lilypie - Personal pictureLilypie

Why am I smiling you ask? It's not Mommy or Daddy. No, what I discovered will shock and amaze you. I don't know if everyone knows this, but there are two different colors - black and white! I just blew your mind, didn't I? This nobel-prize winning discovery was made the other day when these small photos suddenly appeared on my changing table. Now, I've got something to look at while my parents tend to the nether regions. I could stare at those photos all day.

By the way, today is my 6-week old b-day. Here's the full body shot of me. You can also see one of the black/white photos I was talking about earlier just above my head. I'm telling you, those things are wild. There's like black and then white, with more black and white. I can't get over it.

Well, after a hard night of partying and celebrating (look at the time of this post), I think it's about time for bed. Afterall, I have to get up again in 3-4 hours.

Those photos are wonderful.
Grandpa and Grandma are happy that you are enjoying black and white.
That is one of the first amazing things to happen in your little life. Believe us, there will be MANY more.
We are pleased that you are leading your parents down the awsome path of parenthood.
Good Job!!!
Now get some sleep! Love you!

Alex is adorable - I LOVE these pictures. After weeks of hard work and little sleep there is nothing more rewarding than those first smiles. Enjoy!

Emilie - we would love to visit you two some Friday. I have your number and intend to call soon, but if you get a moment on the computer shoot me an email at herickson@bonestroo.com My good intentions to call people often don't quite work out in our rushed evenings!

Keep the pictures coming, they are a great break in the day.
